Since WPFO inception in 1996 no one has received a salary and when they are to begin our “By-Law” limits them to not more than $500.00 per week per employee. The Organization has received the Los Angeles Mayors Certificate of Appreciation Awards. This grant application is under the names World Peace Flag Organization 501 c4 (WPFO)
